Index-Reviews and its verticals do not sell ranking, placement, or paid preference. They are not consumer reporting agencies and do not provide credit, background, tenant-screening, or employment reports. Nothing on any platform in this network constitutes legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Qualified professionals should be consulted before making decisions in any of those areas.
The Index-Reviews network does not require user accounts or logins for general participation. Personally identifying information (PII) is not requested as a condition of use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProSynServ, Inc., the Index-Reviews network, and their affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to use of any platform or reliance on its content.
Free use, no monetary damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees paid directly to the platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Where no fees were paid — which describes all anonymous and free users — use of the platform is free and no monetary damages are recoverable. The sole remedy for disagreement with these notices is to discontinue use.
ProSynServ, Inc. does not verify the identity of reviewers and does not independently audit business performance. The network may rely on:
While methodology is designed to resist obvious manipulation and identify unusual patterns, no guarantee can be made that every review is genuine, accurate, complete, or representative of current conditions. Businesses may change ownership, staffing, service models, or quality over time. Index Scores reflect historical feedback and available data at the time of calculation and may change as new data is submitted or as methodology evolves.
Use of this information for financial, legal, medical, commercial, or personal decisions is at the user's own risk.
The Index-Reviews network may display information obtained from publicly available licensing or business records. Requests to remove such information generally must be directed to the original public source.
ProSynServ, Inc. may update, correct, or annotate records where appropriate, but cannot guarantee removal or suppression of public record data. Procedures for removal or modification of public records vary by jurisdiction and agency, and may not be within the control of ProSynServ, Inc.
The Index-Reviews network and its verticals act as interactive computer service providers under 47 U.S.C. § 230 to the extent provided by law. Content posted by users reflects the views of the authors alone.
ProSynServ, Inc. is not the publisher or speaker of third-party content submitted by users to any platform in this network and assumes no liability for such third-party content to the extent provided by law.
ProSynServ, Inc. may publish or distribute its own content across the network; this notice applies specifically to third-party content submitted by users.
The Index-Reviews Intelligence Engine — including its algorithms, pillar weighting systems, composite scoring logic, and related methodologies across all verticals — is proprietary intellectual property of ProSynServ, Inc.
ProSynServ, Inc. reserves the right to modify methodology, workflows, scoring logic, display rules, filtering, and platform features at any time. Changes may be made to preserve or improve integrity, usefulness, abuse-resistance, and operational stability.
The Index-Reviews network does not pre-moderate all reviews and does not filter content simply to protect business reputations. However, ProSynServ, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove or restrict content that:
Removal requests may be submitted with the relevant page link and reason. Removal is not guaranteed and may depend on applicable law, platform integrity considerations, and operational feasibility. ProSynServ, Inc. is not obligated to provide a detailed explanation for individual moderation decisions.
All platforms in the Index-Reviews network are provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Where permitted by law, ProSynServ, Inc. may require that disputes arising from use of any platform in the Index-Reviews network be resolved by final and binding arbitration rather than through court proceedings.
Unless prohibited by applicable law, arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Wyoming, under procedures selected by ProSynServ, Inc. that are reasonably designed to provide a fair hearing, which may include a nationally recognized arbitration administrator.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.
The Index-Reviews network is operated by ProSynServ, Inc., a Wyoming corporation. This disclaimer and any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to any platform in the network shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any rights that may exist under applicable law, and except where arbitration is required or permitted as described above, any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
Businesses that purchase paid services, dashboards, analytics access, data feeds, or API access through Index-Reviews or ProSynServ are subject to separate, binding Business Terms of Service presented and agreed to at the point of purchase.
Those terms constitute an enforceable contract between ProSynServ, Inc. and the purchasing entity. This platform disclaimer does not apply to, modify, or supersede those terms.
